When life comes in waves, you don’t have to navigate them alone

Services

Support for the seasons of life that ask more of you.
Whether you are navigating ADHD, burnout, academic pressure, or a period of personal change, coaching offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

Life & Wellness

A space to reconnect with yourself.

Life and wellness coaching is for moments when things feel heavy, unclear, or out of balance. Together, we slow things down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. We explore what matters to you, what is draining you, and how to move toward a way of living that feels more steady, aligned, and sustainable.

ADHD Coaching

Support designed to work with your brain, not against it.

ADHD coaching helps you better understand your patterns, challenges, and strengths so you can navigate life with more self-awareness and less self-judgment. This work may include support around motivation, emotional regulation, routines, burnout, relationships, and building systems that fit your real life.

Academic Coaching

Steady support for students finding their way.

Academic coaching supports students who are navigating pressure, focus, and overwhelm. This work is not only about performance. It is about building self awareness, confidence, and ways of working that feel manageable and realistic. Together, we make space to understand what is getting in the way and create a steadier way forward.

About Deniz Nasuhoglu

I am a life coach with a background as a PhD chemical engineer and former university instructor. Over the years, my work has shifted from understanding technical systems to understanding people. I have always been drawn to how individuals think, feel, and move through challenges, especially in moments of change.

I have completed training with ICF-accredited organizations including the Canada Coach Academy and ADDCA, where I developed a coaching approach grounded in curiosity, presence, and a deeper understanding of how the mind works, particularly through an ADHD-informed lens.

Today, my work is about creating space. Space for people to pause, to be heard, and to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
